If you have a Porsche 997 with GIAC ECU tune and you want to connect the GIAC control (the flashloader) permanently, this connector is a must. The right angle allows more clearance so you don't kick the connector so much getting in and out of the car. The 2 foot extension allows you to bring the flashloader to the right side of the steering column and velcro it there.
